Ask Mr. Lizard is a television show within the series Dinosaurs, first seen in the second season episode "The Golden Child". Baby Sinclair often watches the show on the kitchen television set.
The show, a parody of the program Watch Mr. Wizard, involves host Mr. Lizard conducting dangerous experiments, which generally end up killing his young assistant Timmy. Mr. Lizard screams, "We're going to need another Timmy!" Baby Sinclair is so familiar with the show that he anticipates and shouts the catchphrase even before Timmy's demise.
