Arturo Mercado is a Mexican voice actor who has dubbed principal characters in the Spanish versions of many Muppet and Creature Shop productions, most often as Waldorf, Sal Minella, and Baby Kermit.

Mercado's extensive resume includes dubbing Yoda in the Star Wars franchise and such diverse personalities as Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins, Sylvester Stallone in Rocky, Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors, Dennis Quaid in The Alamo, Jonathan Pryce in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, Ned Beatty in Superman II, Bruce Forsyth in Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Bernard Woringer in Monkeys Go Home, Deems Taylor in Fantasia 2000, and Bill Clinton (in news footage) in The Queen.
