Anney McKilligan (also known as Anney Fresh) is a puppeteer who has worked on Bear in the Big Blue House as a puppeteer and puppet wrangler. She also garnered two Daytime Emmy nominations for the show in the category of Outstanding Achievement in Costume Design/Styling in 2003 and 2004.

She performed and provided costumes and vocals for the production "Night Behind the Windows" at the 2000 Henson International Festival of Puppet Theater. As pictured, she is accomplished in the field of large inflatables, and is a member of an artist collective known as the Madigascar Institute. She was also part of the original cast of the reality show Artstar, which began airing on VOOM Network's Gallery HD Channel in June 2006.
