Andy Richter (b. 1966) is familar to most people as the former sidekick to Conan O'Brien on his late night talk show.
He is seen briefly in Elmopalooza when Big Bird passes through the set, where Conan is interviewing the Yip Yip Martians.
Richter also has a brief role in home video Happy Healthy Monsters.
