Andy Richter (b. 1966) is a comedian and actor known for his work alongside Conan O'Brien - appearing as O'Brien's sidekick on NBC's Late Night with Conan O'Brien (1993 - 2000); serving as announcer and sidekick on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien (2009 - 2010); and serving as announcer and sidekick on Conan (2010 - present). He is also known for his work with the Madagascar film series, and staring roles in the short-lived sitcoms Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Quintuplets and Andy Barker P.I..

Richter is briefly seen in Elmopalooza as Big Bird passes through the set of Late Night, where O'Brien is interviewing the Yip Yip Martians; and is has a brief role in home video Happy Healthy Monsters.
