Andre (monster)

Andre is the manager of Charlie's Restaurant, nicknamed "Andy" by Grover.

He appeared in a Waiter Grover sketch in which he ate Mr. Johnson's bell after the chronically dissatisfied customer complained about it.

The puppet has also been used for background scenes and recycled as other characters.
