Alphabet Chat

Alphabet Chat is a series of sketches hosted by Lord Chatterly demonstrating letters of the alphabet. Only 5 of the sketches were made from Season 9 and Season 24. Each skit begins with a TV set crew preparing everything, and then the theme song begins (which features a male chorus singing an altered version of the Alphabet song) and the skit starts.

Letter B

Lord Chatterly and a Muppet bull have a conversation about sporting goods that begin with B such as bowling and ballooning as the Fat Blue live hands Anything Muppet gives Lord Chatterly some things that begin with B like balls and balloons.

Letter H

Lord Chatterly and two lavendar hare Muppets have a conversation about the letter H.

Letter L

Lord Chatterly tries to give out a lecture about the letter L but soon he gets frustrated. Cookie Monster appears in this episode and asks him where he can look for his cookie.

Letter O:

Lord Chatterly tries to give out a lecture about the letter O, but there are several things that don't begin with O like a rabbit walking with a cow. The Anything Muppet producers decided to cancel this episode so they destroyed Lord Chatterly's set! Thw clip you can find here:

Letter R:

R

Lord Chatterly tries to give a lecture about the letter R. When he says the word radiator, two movers place a heavy radiator on top of his foot! In pain, he continues by mentioning raspberries and raisins, which the emerging caterer does not have to offer on his cart ("Would you like a cheese sandwich?"). Then, Gladys the Cow arrives, claiming herself to be a rooster ("Cock-a-doodle-MOO!"). Finally, Guy Smiley rushes onto the set and quickly churns out a commercial for "Bow Wow Chow." Gladys begins to act like a dog, Chatterly loses his temper ("I should have stayed in radio! I'm going to become rabid!!") and the scene ends in chaos.
