Alice Franz (b. 1922) is a German actress, specializing in voice-overs, who dubbed Marjory the Trash Heap on Die Fraggles, the German co-production of Fraggle Rock.

She was heard in a series of radioplay-style "hörspiel" children's albums, Räuber Hotzenplotz, as the Grandmother, in the 1970s and 1980s. In film, she dubbed such character actresses as Mary Wickes (Sister Act, Little Women), Peggy Mount in Oliver!, and Doris Roberts in The Taking of Pelham 123, as well as various older women on The Incredible Hulk and ALF.. In animation, she was heard in Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame (Laverne) and Mulan (singing voice of Grandmother Fa) as well as The Secret of NIHM (Auntie Shrew), The Simpsons (Agnes Skinner for several seasons), and Dr. Snuggles, among others.
