Alex O'Connor, appeared in the Farscape episode "Rhapsody in Blue". She was John Crichton's girl friend just before he became a astronaut. He wanted to propose to her, but before he got the chance she told him that she had gotten a job at Stanford University and that a break would be the best thing.

Later in the episode John learns that his visions about Alex was created by the Delvian Lorana, in order to distract him so they could learn Zhaan's secrects about how to control the insanity.
