Alberto Vargas (1896-1982) was a pin-up artist whose work was published in the likes of Playboy and Esquire magazines.

Miss Piggy's Calendar of Calendars featured a centerfold spread of Miss Piggy as a pin-up girl credited to "Frogas" stylized as Vargas' signature. The photo also included pin-up drawings of Piggy by Michael K. Frith.
