Agent Cuckoo is a law-enforcement figure seen in the Sesame Street parody of Boardwalk Empire, "Birdwalk Empire."
When Nucky Ducky and Clucky Luciano get into a feud over which bird's walk is the most appropriate for the birdwalk, Agent Van Cuckoo arrives on the scene and suggests they use their "bird brains" to make up a new walk they can all do together. He enjoys their walk so much, he joins in and follows them to the "beak-easy."
He is a spoof of Nelson Van Alden, portrayed by Michael Shannon in Boardwalk Empire.
