Elmo are enjoying a melon, he loves melons. While he eats it a "M" appears in his room, but he does not notice it, since he are busy eating his melon. After he has finished it, he goes into the kitchen to look for more melon. The "M" re-appears saying "MMMM" and goes towards the empty plate, but quickly ducks under the table when Elmo returns. Elmo thought he heard someone say "MMMM", he asks the viewers if they said it. Shortly after Elmo declares that he wants to share the melon with Dorothy, as he walks away the "M" pops up again. | |

Elmo returns and tells that Dorothy had already got lunch. He then notice that his melon are gone. Signe walks in and Elmo tells her that he thinks theres a melon thief in his room, but Signe do not believe him, She tells him that she would be happy to cut some more melon for him, Elmo then suggests to Signe that they could catch the melon thief with that melon. Signe agrees to go along with Elmo's plan and she raises her voice to say that she will go into the kitchen to cut more melon, and Elmo syas that he will go and warn his friends about the melon thief. | |

Elmo and Signe returns with more melon, and then Signe once again raises her voice to say that she will fetch some paper that Elmo can use to dry his hands with. As they pretend to walk out of the room the "M" re-appears. Signe tells Elmo that it's the letter "M" like in the words melon and malebog (Coloring book). Elmo offers the "M" his melon and it eats everything on the plate. Elmo then says that "M" just said that it likes to listen to music after it have eaten, and they all sing "Action alfabet-sangen". After the song they decide to go down to the greengrocer to get some more melon. |
