The Abby Cadabby walk-around full-bodied costume premiered April 2, 2007 in Elmo and the Bookaneers at SeaWorld Orlando, and on May 5, 2007 at the Sesame Place theme park. She is a walk-around version of Abby Cadabby, who premiered on Sesame Street in August 2006.
At Sesame Place, Abby stars in a musical show, "Abby Cadabby's Treasure Hunt". In the show, Abby and her friends -- Elmo, Cookie Monster, Rosita, Grover and Oscar the Grouch -- search for the key to a magical talking treasure chest.
On May 2, Abby got a test run, appearing for kindergarteners at Glenville School in Greenwich, Pennsylvania, to present the Good Neighbor Award.[1]
