Abby Cadabby's Rhyme Time is a 2007 Sesame Street storybook featuring fairy-in-training Abby Cadabby.
Abby's magic spells are made with rhymes -- so she practices rhyming with her friends on Sesame Street. Helping with Curly Bear's bath, she learns that "tub" rhymes with "cub"; Bo Peep and Zoe show her that "sheep" rhymes with "leap"; and Rosita knows that "fiesta" rhymes with "siesta".
Notes[]
- The book ends with "the family Cadabby" tucking Abby in bed for the night. Abby's mommy had previously been mentioned on the show, and the design here resembles what the puppet would eventually look like. Although he isn't identified, "the family Cadabby" also includes a male figure with lavender skin in the room and also on a wall-mounted portrait of the family with Abby as a baby.
- The final page reveals that Abby owns a tabby cat.
- Oscar the Grouch is seen reading "Trash Gordon Space Glory" to Slimey, Slime-o, and some Twiddlebugs.
