A Sesame Street Christmas is a Sesame Street holiday-related album. Released in 1995, the material on A Sesame Street Christmas is very similar to the material released on the Merry Christmas from Sesame Street LP in 1975. However, it has been modernized by removing some of the characters who are no longer on the show, and dubbing in current characters. For example, the 1975 version of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" included vocal parts by Hard Head Henry Harris and Smart Tina. The 1995 version dubs in Elmo and Telly in their place. The voices of Zoe, Hoots the Owl and Wolfgang the Seal were also added to the songs.
The album was reissued in 2008 by Koch Records.
