A Horse Named Bill was performed by Lubbock Lou and his Jughuggers as the UK Spot on episode 408 of The Muppet Show. It is a traditional children's nonsense tune.
It was also the center of one of the surviving episodes of Sam and Friends, in which Kermit lipsynchs and plays the banjo to a recording of it.
