A Day in the Life of Oscar the Grouch is a 1981 Sesame Street storybook narrated by Oscar the Grouch as he goes through a typical day on Sesame Street.

Characters seen by Oscar include Ernie, Grover, Prairie Dawn, Biff, Herbert Birdsfoot, Bert, Count von Count, Big Bird, Rodeo Rosie, the Mudman, Cookie Monster, Sully, Barkley, Rubber Duckie, Slimey the Worm and Little Bird.

The book was also released as part of the Sesame Street Book Club, and later as a book and tape set from Golden.
