24 is a TV series presented in real time, with each season depicting a 24-hour period in the life of Jack Bauer, who works with the United States government as it fights fictitious terrorist threats to the United States.

"24" is the name of the Count's favorite program. It takes place in 24 seconds, and he gets to count each second as it happens.

The series stars a Jack Bauer parody Muppet. In one episode, Bauer spends the duration of the 24 seconds trying to pull himself up from the side of a cliff. At show's end, it is revealed that he is hanging only a few inches off the ground. He drops down and walks away.
