24 is the name of the Count's favorite program. It takes place in 24 seconds, and he gets to count each second as it happens. It is a parody of the Fox series of the same name.
The series stars a Jack Bauer parody Muppet. In one episode, Bauer spends the duration of the 24 seconds trying to pull himself up from the side of a cliff. At show's end, it is revealed that he is hanging only a few inches off the ground. He drops down and walks away.
